Bourbon Enthusiast x Bulleit Bourbon – ‘HIRYE’ Size:750ml distilled in January 2009Barrel #: 1 B3 0205 Age: 10+yrs Bottle Yield: 156 Proof: 104 Tasting Notes: Nose: Brown sugar, rye spice, cinnamon, creamy caramel, a hint of apricot Taste: Creamy warm caramel, cinnamon, mild rye spice, cacao, light fruit Finish: Spicy cinnamon, chocolate, brown sugar Nice balance of sweetness and spice, rich, and inviting! Although this is the high rye recipe, it certainly doesnt drink like one (taste resembles Four Roses OESV).
